What Are Captain Dano’s Private Pools?

Private Pools are prizes that can be won by playing My Picks. Depending on how close you come to predicting the official drawing results, you can win a Private Pool with just you and Captain Dano playing the California Fantasy 5 daily game.

Fantasy 5 drawings take place every day at 6:30pm PST. Jackpot Cash prizes (5/5 matching numbers) have been as high at $727,000. Odds of winning a Jackpot are 1 in 575,757. Second Place Prizes (4/5 matching numbers) have been as high as $100,000.

The number of tickets purchased for the Private Pool will depend on how close you come to picking the official drawing results. You can win a Private Pool with 20, 30, 50, 100 or 250 Fantasy 5 Tickets and split any jackpot or second prize winnings with Captain Dano! See the My Picks Prize Table.

How Can I Participate In A Private Pool? Whenever you play in one of our free lottery Pools and play, My Picks, you can win opportunities to participate in a Private Pool with Captain Dano.

How Do Captain Dano’s Private Pools Work? After the official drawing results are posted to the Pool Roster, check your My Picks results on the pool roster to see if you are a Private Pool winner. (You will need to login to see what your Pool Rank number is and scroll to it to see the results. You can also view all winning results without having to scroll through the roster by viewing the Pool’s Scrolling Winners’ Bar located on the Pool Roster header )

Important: In order to participate, you must have a complete and accurate profile. Private Pool winners will NOT be automatically notified. You must check the pool roster to see if you have won participation in a Private Pool. If so, you will need to claim your Private Pool prize within 60 days of the official drawing.

If you are a Private Pool winner, it will be noted next to your Pool Rank # on the Pool Roster.All you have to do is email: Captaindano@freelotterypool.com and report your Pool Rank # and note the Pool ID number which is located on the header of the Pool Roster (e.g. Pool ID # 1234).

Next, Captain Dano will verify that you are a winner and email you instructions on how to participate in the Private Pool.

Once you return the form, Captain Dano will purchase the amount of California Fantasy 5 tickets for the Private Pool noted on the prize table. Each ticket will be scanned and emailed to you in advance of the drawing.

Note: Captain Dano will purchase all of the tickets for the Private Pool. You will never be asked to send money.

How Will Any Winnings Be Divided? 1. All net Jackpot and Second Place cash prizes will be split between you and Captain Dano 50% / 50%.2. Any 3, 4th or 5th teaser prizes will be retained by MyFreeLotteryPool.Com. For verification, you will always receive the scanned images of all Private Pool tickets in advance of the official drawing. The official results can be verified on the California Fantasy 5 website3. Once the Official Fantasy 5 drawing has occurred, Captain Dano will send you the results and any payout information within 48 hours. Any 50% net jackpot cash prize or 50% second place cash prize, plus proof of reconciliation of the net cash award, will be sent to you via best distribution method (to be determined).

New Feature! Now Our Members Pick the Numbers We Play!

We’ve just implemented an exciting new Member Predictions feature!

Now all pool members who choose My Picks will be (indirectly) picking the ticket numbers that we purchase. That’s because we are now compiling and dynamically listing the Top 60 most frequently predicted pool numbers that were chosen by the actual pool participants. (Cut off time for predictions can range from 1 – 6 hours prior to the Pool Closing).

The numbers will be listed at the top of the Predictions Roster in 10 sets of 6 numbers each. Each set is made up of 5 numbers Plus the Megaball, Powerball or Superball.

We will be purchasing the most frequently predicted numbers and posting the actual tickets prior to the official drawing.

*Note: In order to compile as many of the most frequently predicted numbers as possible, we will be purchasing and posting our tickets near to or just after the pool closing.

To find your rank on the Pool Roster, simply login and click on View Pool Results & Tickets. Your rank number will appear on the Pool Roster Header.

It’s also a good idea to always select a Fortune Cookie after you’ve registered in a pool. Fortune Cookies not only have fun fortunes, but many contain prizes as well.

Lastly, we want you to know that it’s not our intention to flood you with emails. During the month of May, 2014,  any member who has accumulated at least 1,500 Lucky Reward Points may redeem them for a 5 Ticket, California Fantasy 5 Private Pool with Captain Dano!

 What are Private Pools?  

Private Pools are special pools that you can play exclusively with Captain Dano – just the two of us!  In a Private Pool, we play the California Fantasy 5 nightly game whereby players try to pick 5 out of 5 numbers for the Jackpot.

Jackpot’s can range from $50,000 – $350,000.  (see Faq #18 for additional information).  There is No Cost to you. All you need is 1,500 Lucky Reward Points to play.

In a Private Pool, we will split the net winnings – 50%/50%  – for either a First Place Jackpot or the Second Place Prize.  Any 3rd, 4th or 5th place ‘teaser’ winners, e.g., $1, $20,  will be retained by MyFreeLotteryPool.Com.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a Private Pool, you must have a balance of at least 1,500 Lucky Reward Points in your account. You must be a member in good standing.

To redeem your points for a Private Pool, you must notify Captain Dano that you would like to redeem 1,500 Lucky Reward Points on our Facebook Fan Page.

Captain Dano will then acknowledge your request, purchase the tickets and post the tickets on our Fan Page just below your request.  Captain Dano will also post the official results on our Fan Page following the official drawing.

If you would like to submit your own special Fantasy 5 picks please let Captain Dano know at the time you post your redemption request. Otherwise, we will play all Quick Picks (randomly generated numbers).

Restrictions:*

• All Private Pool 1,500 games must be played on our Facebook Fan Page.
• You must be a member in good standing and you must have a complete and accurate profile.

Playing by our rules and reasons why some member’s accounts get cancelled

Hey Everyone!

First of all, I want to thank all of you who play by our simple rules which is – by far – the majority of our members. We really do try to keep the rules short and simple. Nevertheless, there are still some who either don’t read our rules, or simply decide not to abide by them.

Our promise to all of our members is that every one of our tickets will be genuine and that you will Never be spammed, nor will we ever sell your information. And, unlike other knock off sites out there, we don’t place cookies on your computer and track you around internet.

All we ask in return is that you follow some basic rules which are designed to make playing in our Lottery pools fair for everyone and easy on you in the event of a winning jackpot.

Our primary rule is that your profile Must match exactly that which appears on our driver’s license, passport or official ID. That means you must have a full First Name, a full Last Name, a Gender, Age Range, City, State (USA residents), Zip Code and Country. The reason why we ask for this information will be critical in the event of a winning jackpot.

Here’s why:

In the event of a winning jackpot, the website will be locked down and no one will be able to login and modify or edit their profile information. We will contract with a US licensed and recognized Certified Public Accounting Firm who will conduct a full audit of the winning pool. During that audit, anyone who has an incomplete, erroneous or duplicate profile will be automatically disqualified from any share in the winnings. Additionally, any one who is suspected of playing for another member, or who has signed up for another member will also be automatically disqualified (we routinely run a special algorithm which can detect these individuals).

So, the reason why we require your information is so that the game is fair to all of our members who do play by the rules. It also allows us to identify and remove those members who sign up and play under multiple accounts.

Once the pool has been audited, the CPA firm will then notify all qualified members in the winning pool and send out claim forms. The claim forms will ask for proof of identity and the member will be issued their share of the net winnings (please see #10 on our FAQ page for detailed payout information).

If you find that you can’t login, it is typically because of one of the following reasons:

1. You have multiple registrations.
2. You are suspected of registering or playing for another member.
3. 3: You have an incomplete or suspect profile. Make sure to use your Full First and Last Name. Initials are invalid.
4. You may edit your profile anytime by logging in and clicking on My Profile.
5. 4: Your email service provider has ‘blocked’ or is ‘bouncing’ our alerts. Please use only Gmail or Yahoo email accounts. They work best.
6. DO NOT USE: Comcast.net, Excite.com, q.com, live.lv, Inbox.lv, AOL.com, redriff.com, Hotmail and others.
7. 5: You moved one your Email Alerts to your spam folder. Your account can and oftentimes will be automatically deleted.
8. We work hard to keep our free lottery pools fair and free for everyone. All we ask is that you play by our rules.
