Playing by our rules and reasons why some member’s accounts get cancelled

Hey Everyone!

First of all, I want to thank all of you who play by our simple rules which is – by far – the majority of our members. We really do try to keep the rules short and simple. Nevertheless, there are still some who either don’t read our rules, or simply decide not to abide by them.

Our promise to all of our members is that every one of our tickets will be genuine and that you will Never be spammed, nor will we ever sell your information. And, unlike other knock off sites out there, we don’t place cookies on your computer and track you around internet.

All we ask in return is that you follow some basic rules which are designed to make playing in our Lottery pools fair for everyone and easy on you in the event of a winning jackpot.

Our primary rule is that your profile Must match exactly that which appears on our driver’s license, passport or official ID. That means you must have a full First Name, a full Last Name, a Gender, Age Range, City, State (USA residents), Zip Code and Country. The reason why we ask for this information will be critical in the event of a winning jackpot.

Here’s why:
In the event of a winning jackpot, the website will be locked down and no one will be able to login and modify or edit their profile information. We will contract with a US licensed and recognized Certified Public Accounting Firm who will conduct a full audit of the winning pool. During that audit, anyone who has an incomplete, erroneous or duplicate profile will be automatically disqualified from any share in the winnings. Additionally, any one who is suspected of playing for another member, or who has signed up for another member will also be automatically disqualified (we routinely run a special algorithm which can detect these individuals).

So, the reason why we require your information is so that the game is fair to all of our members who do play by the rules. It also allows us to identify and remove those members who sign up and play under multiple accounts.

Once the pool has been audited, the CPA firm will then notify all qualified members in the winning pool and send out claim forms. The claim forms will ask for proof of identity and the member will be issued their share of the net winnings (please see #10 on our FAQ page for detailed payout information).
If you find that you can’t login, it is typically because of one of the following reasons:
  1. You have multiple registrations.
  2. You are suspected of registering or playing for another member.
  3. 3: You have an incomplete or suspect profile. Make sure to use your Full First and Last Name. Initials are invalid.
  4. You may edit your profile anytime by logging in and clicking on My Profile.
  5. 4: Your email service provider has ‘blocked’ or is ‘bouncing’ our alerts. Please use only Gmail or Yahoo email accounts. They work best.
  6. DO NOT USE: Comcast.net, Excite.com, q.com, live.lv, Inbox.lv, AOL.com, redriff.com, Hotmail and others.
  7. 5: You moved one your Email Alerts to your spam folder. Your account can and oftentimes will be automatically deleted.
  8. We work hard to keep our free lottery pools fair and free for everyone. All we ask is that you play by our rules.
